The Club Committee:

The committee is charged with the general management of the club in accordance with the rules and by-laws approved for the purpose of incorporation. The committee meets at 9am on the 4th Saturday of each month. This is NOT a closed meeting and ordinary members may attend these meetings, but ordinary members will not have any voting rights at these meetings. The present committee, which was appointed at the Annual General Meeting held on the 24th February 2006 comprises:

The committee represents you, the member, so if you have any ideas you think may improve the running and operation of the club, or benefit the members in any way, let a committee member know so that your views may be tabled at the next meeting.

Annual General Meeting:

The club must hold an Annual General Meeting once a year in accordance with incorporation rules. This meeting is held on the last Saturday of February each year, at which time all committee positions become vacant and a new committee is elected.

Monthly Committee Meetings

The committee meets on the 4th Saturday at 9am. This does not interfere with use of club equipment and members are still encouraged to come along for the hands-on-day.
